Pura Vida.
This Thanksgiving I came across the "Pura Vida" bracelets. The story behind these adorable bracelets is very touching. Two friends, moved by Costa Rica's simple and free lifestyle, came together with Costa Rican man who sold handmade bracelets on the streets to create this movement which donates 1% of every bracelet sold to The Surfrider Foundation, an organization dedicated to protecting and preserving beaches and oceans worldwide. They also have specific charity bracelets where another percentage is donated to the charity accordingly. At a price point between $5 and $12, these cute bracelets are chic and trendy while affordable.
